Have you ever tried Prime Rib in a USA steak house, a slab of steak cooked on the joint and sliced in a big chunk off the joint. It literally melts in your mouth. We've been practising and tried this as a dry run for a private party of 30 and the beef was described as the best they had tried.
An Evening of Aged Prime Rib, American Low n Slow style, aged for at least 30 days Dexter Beef Rib Steak rubbed with smoked paprika, cumin, garlic, white pepper, salt, onion powder & sugar. It's marinated over night and then smoked over hickory for three hours until medium, served with either smoked cheddar mashed potatoes or fries & creamed spinach. Jim Beam Peppercorn sauce and Horseradish come as standard.

Terms and Conditions
You must purchase a prepaid ticket for the Prime Rib Night you can turn up at whatever time after 8pm you prefer. Please bring proof of id and your email receipt to the Rub Smokehouse downstairs reception on the day to receive your coloured wrist band. If you would like to be seated together please purchase your tickets together.
You have the right to cancel up to 96 hours before the event. No refunds are given after this time.
