Rub Smokehouse & Bar are delighted to announce the up and coming opening of Rub Birmingham. We have taken what used to be the Living Room in Unit 4 Regency Wharf on Broad Street. The restaurant which we have nicknamed 'the smoke in the sky', will offer amazing views of Birmingham and the canals. We have not announced a date in July as yet be we are hoping for mid July.

Near Brindley PlaceFollowing on from the amazing success of Rub Nottingham, Birmingham will be slightly larger seating up to 280 people with also a large bar are and a 4am licence. The theme will be very similar to Nottingham, with an industrial vintage look in a loft space. Think pallets, neon, traffic lights and corrugated steel. We hope the #guiltypleasures music will keep our #epicfamily entertained to the wee small hours. The venue will be casual, and will make you feel great. The music will be a little too loud and the atmosphere pumping.

Menu wise the food will be very similar to Nottingham, featuring low n slow meats smoked over Hickory in the Deep South of the USA style. Cooking pork shoulders and beef brisket for 16 hours, and rubbed with our secret blend of spices. Add to that the #epicburgers which we create and #epicdesserts including the #kitchensink sundae. If you like large portions this will be the place to be. Our mantra is if we beat your meat take it with you, in a doggy bag american style.

The large bar area will feature a range of speciality cocktails created by our nationally recognised Mixologist Joe McBeth. Sending sharers out in bath tubs with rubber ducks and sweet bath foam is one of his specialities, as well as Homer's Julep which is garnished with a donut. We we also have an amazing selection of American Craft Beer on draft and in bottles.

We hope you will come and sample the experience be at a brunch, lunch, dinner or late supper and are really excited about opening in Birmingham. We CANNOT WAIT!!!!
