We've tasted and tried over a hundred different recipes for burgers in the last two months in our quest to make the tastiest, flavoursome, juicy burger we could.

The new recipe includes the point of the brisket, chuck steak and Jacob's ladder. All dry aged BEEF and sourced from Sykes House Farm in Yorkshire. Sykes are one of the most respected Chef's Butchers in the country and supply many Michelin Star establishments.

Once formed into the patty we dust generously in our special spice blend, introducing the spice in the mix will start to cook the meat prior to cooking. We hope you'll agree this is one tasty juicy beast of a burger.
